About me

Hello, my name is Sarah!

 

As someone who has always been passionate about all forms of art and crafts, The Travelling Crafts Lady has always been a dream business of mine that I hope will grow and allow me to help take care of my young family, while also being there for my son.

 

I have my Emergency First Aid - CPR A - AED certification, and have volunteered at the CBC Kids’ yearly event from 2010 - 2016.

Why am I doing this?

Because I love working with children! Observing how their little minds work and creating things, which helps me rethink how I do things. I know entertaining children can be overwhelming, especially when planning an event. I’m here to ease that pressure.

 

I want to see more positivity and encouragement in the world, so let’s start with our children and family. By creating their own crafts and making their own designs, I hope this will encourage children and let them know that it’s ok to be different and unique because different is beautiful and being unique is special. We should be celebrating our differences and not conforming to what others think, want or like.

 

I hope my crafting kits help to bring out your inner star!

Travelling craft ladies crafting kits were great for my 3 and 5 year old. They loved the finger painting, colouring the bags and the extra colouring pages too! The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The embroidered patches were cute and easy to add on to the bags for a little extra something! Would highly recommend to anyone with children! Lots of fun!
